Rising British-Sudanese singer Elmiene has revealed his new mixtape Warmth the Streets will launch Sept. 5 through Polydoor/Def Jam.
The 12-track providing will embrace the newly shared lead single, “Ineffective (With out You),” produced by Jeff “Gitty” Gitelman.
Over an acoustic-laden backdrop, Elmiene grapples with the disorientation of affection misplaced. “With out you, I wasn’t meant to be outdoors / With out you, there’s no colours in my life / With out you, no different love can fulfill me,” he croons.
Warmth the Streets will comply with 2024’s For The Departed and Anyway I Can. The latter venture included the D’Mile-produced ballad “Crystal Tears,” in addition to the standouts “Sweetness” and “Mild Work.”
Circling again to Warmth the Streets, the venture will embrace Elmiene’s tackle Carole King’s “You’ve Acquired A Pal.”
On Aug. 27, Elmiene will carry out at Spotify and Reside Nation City’s RNB X Reside: The U.Ok. Sound live performance at Irving Plaza. He will probably be joined by fellow U.Ok. R&B singers Sasha Keable and Venna.
