Lizzo Sued Over Snippet Featuring Sydney Sweeney Reference

Again in August, Lizzo took to social media to tease a brand new tune. In it, she poked enjoyable at Sydney Sweeney’s American Eagle advert scandal, which earned the Euphoria actress an amazing quantity of backlash. “Fats a**, fairly face with the titties / B*tch I bought good genes like I am Sydney,” Lizzo rapped.

The group filed a lawsuit towards the songstress yesterday (October 21) for alleged copyright infringement. The lawsuit alleges that she profited off an unlicensed pattern of “Win or Lose (We Tried),” a tune recorder by Sam Dees within the 70s.
