GRAMMY-nominated singer/songwriter Teedra Moses marks her return with a newly reimagined model of her celebrated single, “Doin’ You,” that includes Estelle. This collaboration serves because the lead launch from her forthcoming EP, “Complicated Simplicity (Reimagined)”, which is about to reach on Wednesday, November 12.
Teedra Moses defined that the objective for this up to date observe was to get folks shifting:
“The reimagining idea for *Doin’ You* was to make men and women dance collectively. The rhythm Jacques and I created mechanically invited Estelle as a result of she is sensual, horny, soulful, enjoyable and free! Engaged on ‘Doin’ You’ together with her was very simple as a result of that’s my sister, my actual buddy. I really like this collaboration as a result of it was as simple and real because it feels!”
The unique 2004 album, “Complicated Simplicity”, cemented Teedra Moses as one among R&B’s most beloved and quietly revolutionary voices. Twenty years later, “Complicated Simplicity (Reimagined)” honors that authentic legacy whereas providing contemporary interpretations of her most celebrated songs. The EP explores themes of development, collaboration, and sonic evolution, that includes contributions from a various group of artists together with Durand Bernarr, Daybreak Richard, Rose Gold, Theo Croker, Gerald Clayton, and Ab-Soul.
